We are trying to answer here few common queries that we come across everyday via email/ social media pages. We are a luxury silver jewelry brand started in 2012. We also have a clothing line specialising in block printed suits and handloom silk sarees.
Where are you based?
We are operating from Jaipur and Kerala. We operate completely online. We don't have provision for client visits to our office/warehouse yet. You can shop from our website.
How do I buy your product?

What payment methods are available?
Our payment gateway accepts international cards, domestic credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Wallets, NEFT, bank transfers, Paypal. We do not provide COD service.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is free within India for orders above Rs. 500. International Shipping is Rs.2500 for standard small packets and Rs.4000 for bigger parcels.
Do i receive bill for my order?
Yes GST bill is emailed. Please check the attachment of the order confirmation email for your invoice. We do not send bill along with the shipment package as we prefer being paperless and share E-invoice via email.
Do you accept returns?
Once an order is placed, it is considered as a final sale. Products once sold cannot be exchanged or returned. We accept return only if any rare cases of damage in transit or if you have received an incorrect item.
Is there any guarantee for products?
Pure Silver jewellery is stamped with the 92.5 mark, guaranteeing that it is sterling silver. These are tiny microscopic stamps that can be found on some part of the silver. We provide purity certificate for 925 silver products.
If the item of jewelry does not have any area on which to stamp a marking, the piece may be unstamped even though it may be of valuable silver.
Vintage Jewellery do not come with hallmark stamp as purity of silver used in vintage item is less, usually 70-80% silver, it will be specified in product description. It's valued for its antiquity.
Special note for nose Jewelry: All our nose pins are handcrafted in 92.5 % silver with real semiprecious gemstones. Owing to its small size and intricate craftsmanship, 925 Hallmarking is not always possible on nose pins like other jewelry as the process involves the application of a strong force to engrave on the metal. But we never compromise in the quality of product.
Do you make custom orders?
We can make custom designs in kemp or kundan jewelry, silver necklaces and bangles by our in-house manufacturers. We do not customise single pieces of nose jewelry, rings and so on. Customisations are not possible for vintage jewellery as they are one of a kind and rare pieces assembled by us. We would be happy to assemble or arrange a similar piece for you based on availability.
What to do if a product is Sold Out?
If a product is shown as sold out or not listed on website, it means there are unfortunately none left to buy. Some products may be one of a kind (limited quantity) or some may be produced only in bulk. Thus we may not able to provide you the same. We will do our best to manufacture/ source them but no guarantee.

Can you tell how products are priced?
We believe that we are trusted by customers worldwide for the last 10 years due to our honest pricing and transparent policies. We provide the best rates by manufacturing most of the products with our own karigars. If a product is procured, best rates are shared with you by sourcing from direct manufacturers/suppliers.
Pure silver Jewelry products are priced based on their weight, intricate craftsmanship and different stones used in the product. Pure silver making charges vary from Rs.70 to Rs.240 per gram based on design.
Can you send pics to my WhatsApp number?
Unfortunately we cannot. We request you to check our website for available products and prices as we update our site regularly. We can send you product links if you have difficulty finding them. We surely will answer all your queries on whatsapp.
Can I call and discuss?
Unfortunately, we do not have customer service via call as we are a small business doing multiple things alone or with a support of 1 or 2 members. You are welcome to email or whatsapp us anytime you need assistance. All queries will be answered within one day by our small team as soon as possible. Business enquiries via WhatsApp will be answered between 10 am- 7 pm except Sundays. Please feel free to email hello@macsjewelry.com. Our team will revert at the earliest.
Can you message when the product is available again?
As its really impossible to revert back to each message on social media, we request you to stay tuned on our Instagram page and Facebook page for updates of new products / restock of your favourite products. And we will surely restart WhatsApp broadcast services soon.
Do you sell wholesale or provide for reselling?
Currently no. We accept only retail orders via our website. Any kind of misuse of our photographs or marketing using our product images/ content will be strictly dealt with.
