We make our best efforts to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. Orders are shipped mostly on same day or within 2-3 working days except for pre-order items. We ship throughout the week except Sundays and holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship mainly via FedEx. If order value is less than 399, we would ship by India Post. Remote location areas will be served by India Post irrespective of order value. We offer free shipping within India on orders above Rs.999.
**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INDIAN POST ORDERS:
Indian Speed Post will deliver the parcel at Your Doorstep; however no calls will be made by the postman if no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, usually a notice is left at door by postman for the customer to come to the post office and pick it up. It will be kept at the post office for few days.After repeated attempts, India Post will resend those parcels back to the address of origin. Such orders will be refunded once the parcel is received at our end. New order has to be placed if you want the product again. Thus, make sure you provide us shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel
**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FEDEX ORDERS:
When shipped via Private couriers like FedEx, some States charge Entry Tax/ Local Body Tax/ Octroi/ Municipal Corporation Tax and In these cases customers are liable pay these type of taxes to the courier or local Tax Authorities at the time of delivery or as communicated by the courier company. Octroi or entry tax if any will not be borne by macs jewelry.
***CASES OF NON AVAILABILITY/ NON RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER: (FEDEX/ DTDC ORDERS)
COURIER DELIVERY AGENT WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DELIVER IT TO YOU. PLEASE BE AVAILABLE AT YOUR ADDRESS TO COLLECT THE PARCEL. AFTER 2 or 3 FAILED ATTEMPTS, PARCEL WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE. SUCH ORDERS WILL GET REFUND AFTER DEDUCTING SHIPPING CHARGE WE HAVE PAID THE CARRIER i.e. Rs.100 & RETURN COURIER CHARGE Rs.60 i.e Refund amount = total bill amount minus Rs.160
IF CUSTOMER NEEDS RESHIP, IT CAN BE PROVIDED BY PAYING EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES 100 + RETURN FEE OF EARLIER PARCEL 60
WRONG ADDRESS/ PHONE NUMBER: Any cases of wrong address or phone provided by customers on website while placing order will be chargeable if the item is already shipped out (notify any changes before its shipped to avoid charges). If FedEx finds out that the address or phone number is wrong, they get in touch with us most of the time(except rare cases where parcel is returned without any notice). We can get the changes made by them if they inform us. Please note that FedEx charges us Rs.70 per shipment for any changes you request for. So please be careful when you enter the details when placing orders.
**RARE CASES OF NON-DELIVERY OF PARCELS (for India post domestic orders):
We take all efforts to ship parcel immediately but we have no control after it is handed over to couriers. So, it might rarely occur that you have a complaint about a delivery. Upon receiving your complaint, MACS Jewelry shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if MACS Jewelry is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will take immediate action by performing a search to locate your package using the shipment tracking number . A complaint will be registered on India post website on your behalf.
If tracking status on post website shows that the package is non-delivered , based on our complaint, India post will take action to deliver at the earliest or return us the parcel. Once we receive parcel back, refund will be initiated.
If tracking status on post website shows that the package is delivered , case will be closed. We can provide you proof of shipment receipt, parcel picture and tracking status proof. No refund for such cases. It is your responsibility then to check with family members or security to find out who has signed and accepted on your behalf. We can refund only if the parcel comes back to us due to non-delivery.

YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THE STATUS OF PARCEL ON COURIER WEBSITE BY USING THE CONSIGNMENT NO. PROVIDED TO YOU. WE DO NOT HAVE DETAILS ABOUT THE MOVEMENT OF THE PARCEL. WE TOO GET DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PARCEL BY TRACKING ON RESPECTIVE WEBSITE ONLY. SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TRACK USING CONSIGNMENT NO.FIRST BEFORE SHOOTING US EMAIL ABOUT PARCEL STATUS. IF ANY DIFFICULTIES, LET US KNOW, WE CAN HELP YOU TRACK.
