Return Policies

We Offer Refunds only if any damage has occurred during the transit

    • Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged product are very less. Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Get in touch with us with a photo proof at macsmumbai@gmail.com or WhatsApp 08655486206 within 1 hour of receiving the parcel; otherwise such cases won’t be entertained.

      You may return your item in the condition as received within 5 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Please note that the return shipment rates will have to be borne by the customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days after we receive the shipment in good condition.

    • In case of any other reason for return or exchange, REFUND WILL BE IN STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO CASH REFUND

      ***If the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, refund will be minus the shipping charges. Customer will have to pay for our forward and return shipping loss in those cases.

      ** Refund will be initiated only after the returned parcel reaches back our office. You will receive email notification once refund is made by us, it should take 2- 5 working days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

      ** No refund will be provided in case of missed delivery of international shipments. International parcels if missed should be collected from the usps centre or dhl office. There is no guarantee that it will reach back to us. If client refuses to collect, we will not provide any refund. Also if client refuses to pay any customs duty levied and parcel being held, we will not take any responsibility or provide refund.

All sales are final. We have taken extra time and efforts to mention size details of each product so that customers can check and order accordingly. We strictly do not entertain the following reasons.  

      • -Customers simply change their minds after buying the goods.
      • -Reasons like product is big, heavy or long.  We take all efforts to give clear pictures and mention product details like size details and color of every product. It is the duty of client to read the product description clearly before placing orders or email us to clear doubts before purchase. 
      • -Minor design variations/colour changes : All our items are completely handcrafted, thus there be a minor variations in each piece. These are beyond the control of our hands.
      • -Custom made products (Pre Order Category)
      • -Nose Jewelry- due to hygienic reasons. Read the wire thickness (gauge) and size details clearly before purchase. We don’t entertain any excuses once the product is delivered. 
      • We are not responsible for cases of breakages of nose jewelry due to mishandling of wires even if it happens within few hours of delivery. Each item is examined and packed well in a sturdy gift box so that it reaches you safe and sound. We also keep a photo proof of your products with your parcel before we ship out which can be shared if any such cases occur.
